Refund Window
We provide refunds only within 7 days of a subscription charge and only when no words have been spent from that subscription period.
Eligibility Rules
- Request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge date
- Word usage for that billed period must be exactly 0 words
- Account must be in good standing and compliant with our Terms of Service
Not Eligible for Refund
- Any subscription period where words were used
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Partial usage scenarios (even low usage)
- Prior refunded periods with repeat abuse patterns
Typical Approved Case
If your subscription renews, you are charged, and then you do not use the product at all (0 words used), you can request a refund within 7 days.
How to Request
- Contact support from inside the app
- Include your account email and subscription charge date
- Allow up to 5 business days for review and processing
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method. Bank posting times vary and may take 5-10 business days.
